Subscription plans, licenses, implementation services, consulting engagements, custom development, and on-premise deployments are generally non-refundable once service access has been granted or work has commenced.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable for any unused portion of the subscription period. Customers may cancel service at any time to prevent future charges, but cancellations do not result in refunds for current billing cycles.
Professional Services & Custom Work
Fees paid for onboarding, integration, consulting, custom development, simulations, deployment services, or research engagements are non-refundable once work has begun or project deliverables have been initiated.
Exceptional Refund Requests
In rare circumstances where a refund request is submitted prior to onboarding or platform provisioning, eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Salud Technologies. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and depends on contractual terms, service status, and operational costs already incurred.
Billing Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact our support team within 14 days of the charge being issued. We will review all billing disputes and provide corrections where applicable once verification is completed.
Refund Method
All approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times are dependent on financial institutions and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in customer accounts.
